Healing con Ganas was founded by Nayeli Pérez, LCSW, a bilingual licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping Latinx and first-generation adults heal emotionally and culturally. With over a decade of experience supporting children, families, and professionals across Los Angeles, Nayeli blends clinical expertise with deep cultural understanding.
Her background includes working with LAUSD’s School of Mental Health, Valencia Relationship Institute, and various community organizations serving immigrant, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC populations. She provides trauma-informed care that honors family, identity, and resilience.
Beyond her private practice, Nayeli co-founded Giving Back to Social Workers, raising over $130,000 to support social workers nationwide. She also served on the board of the Refugee Children Center, advocating for immigrant families and mental health access.
Through Healing con Ganas, Nayeli continues her mission to create spaces where people can heal, grow, and find peace con corazón y con ganas.
